Demon Master (惡魔大師) is a minor villain in The Daily Life of the Immortal King.
Summary[]
He’s the Demon Emperor's right hand man, he is the aggregate of all the wisdom of the demon world and master of Tuntian Ha and several other demon kings.
He is also an adviser to the Demon Emperor and an overseer of Demon World.
Appearance[]
A greyish-brown humanoid which has a floating head similar to a crystal ball, in which the milky way can be seen.
He wears a dark grey monk's robe with sleeves longer than his upper arms, has a gardbrace and plackart of the same color with some golden details, there is also a kind of bow that connects on both shoulders and goes over her head, in which he calls chaos ring.
Personality[]
He seems to be extremely arrogant towards beings he considers inferior, and finds it a complete insult and disrespect to those who do not bow before the Demon Emperor's presence.
He seems to be quite loyal to the Demon Emperor, not questioning even when he takes actions he doesn't agree with, such as when the Demon Emperor allowed Richman to destroy Earth.
He seemed to be having fun scaring Tuntian Ha. Tormenting him by mentioning him on social media and posting photos making fun.
He laughed sadistically when he saw the Grand Master use all his power and try to resist during the summoning of the transport demons.
He seemed to feel some sort of sadness at seeing his subordinate Richman die.
Story[]
Being an ancient demon who is as old as the universe itself, he was tasked with training future demon kings to rule over many worlds, in the name of the Demon emperor. He also has several powerful demons as subordinates.
It was said by Tuntian Ha that he tortured him during training for centuries, and he considered that the worst time of his life.
In the year 4386, according to the cultivation calendar, Demon Master ordered Tuntian Ha go to Earth and destroy humanity, so that the world of demons would get their hands on a precious planet that has a high rate of spiritual energy.
In 4396, 3 years according to demonic time a rift in space has opened between the demon world and Earth, but since at that moment the Earth's spiritual energy was so low, getting lower than the Demon World itself, the Earth began to suck the energy of Demon World, viewing such an effect as an outrage the Demon Emperor question Demon Master who is ready to investigate the situation of his subordinate who has not given news about the situation of Earth for 3 years.
Upon reaching Earth he realized that his subordinate was running away from him. So after a few hours of searching he finally finds him, but when he would open the door to question him he is hit by a burst of uncontrolled spiritual energy that had just come out of Wang Ling and he is completely vaporized. But didn't die, he was able to attach himself to Lin Xiaoyu's body because the chaos ring,a piece of equipment he used, turned into a spirit sword, which belonged to Lin Xiaoyu.
On the night, in the same day Lin Xiaoyu's spirit sword is used against Tang Jingze, where Demon Master quickly tried to suck all of his spiritual and life energy, but was stopped by Jingke. Later that day Demon Master use soul search in Lin Xiaoyu, and with that, he finds out about Sun Rong, who is descendant of the Monkey King, the one in the distant past killed countless demons. After learning this information he decides to kill Sun Rong, so that the demons could have their revenge. He decides to pretend to be Lin Xiaoyu and let her be around as few people as possible, and the plan would work, if her only company at night wasn't Wang Ling, whom the Demon Master believes to be just a nobody, but which turned out to be incredibly powerful, rescuing Sun Rong at high speed, causing Jiang Liuying , who was also behind Sun Rong and was about to land a powerful negative energy attack on her, accidentally hitting him and sending him back to the Demon World.
Because he was already in a weakened state, as he had been vaporized by a "mysterious energy" days before, and now receiving a direct negative energy attack from a human of at least Nascent Soul level, he was left in a comatose state. His subordinate Su Da takes him back to Earth and plans to aid his recovery by stealing spiritual energy from men on the internet. However, his subordinate fails and is captured, but Demon Master manages to recover and sends Richman to Earth. After him also failed Demon Emperor decides to start a full invasion. Demon Master prepares the three-dimensional seal and traps Wang Ling, who was currently in Fort Skyloop. Demon Master then captures Sword Sister and uses her as a hostage so that Lin Xiaoyu would follow the demons orders without question. Wang Ling overloads the three-dimensional seal and manages to break free, Demon Master decides to use Wang Ling's friend, Lin Xiaoyu, to take him to Demon World, where he would deal with him personally, but to his surprise he resisted his power and threw him away. He then decides to soul search in Wang Ling and try to see some kind of weakness by looking into the past. He then thinks that Wang Ling's seal of containment would be his weakness and removes it, but what actually happened was that the released energy destroyed the entire Demon World.
Techniques[]
Negative energy
The energy that can devour other people's spiritual power for a while to increase his own strength , can also be used to physically disintegrate other people.
Weakness: Powerful beings like, Wang Ling , can simply reverse the effects of negative energy.
Hyperspace gate
Demon Master can open rifts in space that allow him to get to places faster.
Three-dimensional seal
Using 3090 dimensional lamps Demon Master can create a seal in a certain area where will be trapped in an endless space loop, conventional attacks have no effect. Thanks to the soul search Demon Master can use the three-dimensional seal in very distant places, even another dimension, which can catch several beings off guard.
Weaknesses: The seal can be broken using dimensional spiritual treasures. Working similarly to a processor, the dimensional lamps will overheat if the seal area has to render too much. When reaching the limit the lamps will explode and the seal will be broken.
Frigokinesis
Demon Master can create an icy blast of air. He used it to try to cool the dimensional lamps.
Soul search ( named destiny ball in manhua version )
Demon Master can view events of a being through a magical global hologram, as long as he had reckoned with being, he can too rewind and view past events that the person experienced. It can also be used as a means of communication with the person. Demon Master can see events even from another dimension.
Weaknesses: Powerful beings, like Wang Ling ,can track this power and know the location of the user who launched it.

Demon Emperor: As his master he is very loyal to him.
Tuntian Ha: It was one of his subordinates that he had personally trained for centuries through all kinds of torture. He regarded him as the cruelest of the demon Kings he had trained, and believed that he would be enough to subjugate the humanity and make Earth , and its powerful raw spiritual energy, a new property of Demon Emperor.
Sun Rong: As someone belonging to the Sun family, she is a descendant of Monkey King the ape that killed countless races of demons. He then planned to kill her so the demons would have their revenge.
Lin Xiaoyu: As a species of the butterfly race, he considers it as an insignificant being, who must show complete admiration and respect for Demon Emperor.
Monkey King: As the being who slew countless demons in ancient times he has tremendous hatred for him and all of his descendants.
Wang Ling: Initially, the Demon Master considered Wang Ling a nobody, but after observing him for a while, he realized that so-called “nobody” was much more dangerous than Sun Rong and tried to eliminate him.

-In the manhua version, his name is Shen Wuyue.
-According to the manhua, his head can be separated from his body and he can speak normally like this, even though a lot of blood comes out of his body.
