Sunland (太陽島) is one of the nations of the World, homeland of Yoshiko Kyuumiya and the home base of the exorcist group.

Summary[]

Sunland is an archipelago to the east of Huaxiu. Despite a dense population, it is noticeably smaller than Huaxiu.

In Sunland exists several shinobi clans known for their sword techniques and the art of Ninjutsu. These Shinobi usually take the shadow path, and are known for this distinctive power.

The Kyuumiya are a powerful family that control one of the islands of the archipelago that features a volcano named in their honour.

Story[]

Around the 3300s Sunland waged war with Huaxiu, its details and neither the winner were revealed, however, the citizens of Songhai in Huaxiu, still distrust foreigners from Sunland, and observe them with suspicion, demonstrating that cultural change was just as pervasive even centuries later.

In august 4396, during the Great Demonic Invasion, the exorcist group commanded by the Kyuumiya family captured several demons and confined them within the Kyuumiya volcano in order to create and control a demon lord. The confinement seal, however, ends up breaking and the demons that were freed spread chaos on the island. On the same day, however, the situation was controlled by Zhuo Yi and Wang Ling's colleagues, where all the demons were captured, they were secretly sent by Wang Ling to a new Demon World, that he had just created.
