The Will of the Universe is one of the two monadism true creator God of the Universe (Multiverse). They can’t be considered as a “location”, “cultivation realm”, “higher-dimension”, “Super-dimension”, “Will of the World”, “Divine Spirit”, or any other concepts and metaphysical or meta-concepts in the universe (Multiverse) of the Daily Life of the Immortal King. They are at the top of everything in the entire universe (Multiverse) as they surpass everything including all kinds of dimensions that exist in the verse whether lower or higher, due to their immeasurable state of existence they are unable to be perceived by anything in the entire universe (Multiverse) unless they decide to reveal themselves to them in their own products/creations (Miracles of the Universe) that should only possess fragmental existence and powers of their true state as the Will of the Universe.
Without Will of the Universe, the plot of the story would have ended faster or already ended due to Bai Zhe won't be able to come back/ressurect or regenerates from his evidence of his existence being erased by Wang Ling. This is why Will of the Universe plays a big role from behind the scenes. It is likely Will of the Universe willing to support or help Wang Ling against unknown enemies from other fictional works if it were in-universe battle location if the Self-Defense mechanism that Existence erased entities doesn't works on the unknown threats from other fictional works that is an absolute threat to the universe (Multiverse) safety. Will of the Universe doesn't refers to only one universe but the entire multiverse itself. Since it is capable of overseeing, controlling, plotting, managing and affecting the entire multiverse as it is one of the two that keeps true balance of the multiverse, without their existence it is highly possible the entire balance of the multiverse is destroyed and the multiverse would either cease to exist or still exist but the story or plot changes and Wang Ling might become bloodlusted or true evil instead of true neutral like he is now similar to Will of the Universe and kill everyone including Sun Rong but that is just a mere hypothetical theories that is based on Will of the Universe personality that is Unknown but rather leaning more towards True Neutral.
The Author likes to get "inspired" and "apply" or "adapt" or "mention" various other fictional novel works into his own novel either to make things fun as a parody or gag from various kinds of genre or even real world companies such as (SCP, Outer Gods, Fate, Genshin, PUBG, KFC). In the official Qidian Daily Life of Immortal King novel page information site there's Heroic Spirits in one of the Information/Glosarry Page. The explanation regarding about Heroic spirits is also really similar to the one in Fate/Nasuverse which says Heroic Spirits are heroic figures of the past that can be summoned through their ancient relics and sorts and in the Daily Life of Immortal King the author changed it into Familiar instead of Heroic Spirit. It is currently unknown how many Familiars (Heroic Spirit) that exists in the verse but they do exist in the verse of Daily Life of Immortal King.
Will of Universe has no clear morality but one thing that is clear is that it and Chaos Will of the Universe maintains the balance of the universes (Multiverse). Even if there are universes, small universes, worlds, small worlds, secret realms, etc that isn't created by them it was all a part of their plan since they already created and predestined the settings of the universes (Multiverse) without a single plot manipulation involved as they are a Monadism True Creator Being/Entity not a mere Immeasurable/Outerversal Being that needs plot manipulation, narrative hax, narrative/author protection like Wang Ling in order to changes or create settings as their settings is beyond the concept of "Absolute Settings", "Invincible Settings", "Unfathomable" or "Immeasurable" that Wang Ling possess. But it seems they can directly change the script too and their script can even affect Immeasurable-level cultivators/entities/being like Wang Ling as even Wang Ling is affected by the script and got BFRD (Battlefield Removal) by Will of the Universe into the Eternal Age without any resistance (Or perhaps Wang Ling lets himself gets BFRD-ed by Will of the Universe in purpose as he always up for a challenge or adventure.
The Will of the Universe never take matters directly unless it's a special individual like Wang Ling. They usually don't involve themselves in settling a matter between entities or cultivators, they lack the need to prove themselves nor the need for reaching a higher-level or higher-state of existence as they are never part of the Immeasurable/Boundless Universe power system or cultivation realm or concepts of higher-dimensions to begin with. But they are willing to communicate with the beings/entities or cultivators in the entire universe (Multiverse) through Miracles of the Universes they have created and to be discovered/perceived, accessed and mastered by the beings/entities or cultivators that is able to perceive and comprehend their Miracles of the Universe existence. This shows although they do not directly involved with the affairs of the multiverse aside from the basic True Creator operations such as Singularity/Timelines/Worldlines fixing they prefer the indirect means which is through the Miracles of the Universes that they made.
Nobody besides two cultivators in the universe (Multiverse) has ever reached the Will of the Universe since they are Immeasurable and Unreachable to all cultivators not even the Creator of Way of Heaven (Wang Daozu) is capable of reaching Will of the Universe. Any entities or cultivators can only interact, perceive and use the Miracles of Universes that is created by the Will of the Universe as their products but they can also contact Will of the Universe through the Miracle of the Universe since these Miracles of the Universe is directly connected with the Will of the Universe. Special exceptions or circumstances for entities or cultivator like Wang Ling and Baizhe is able to connect with the Will of the Universe and even use their Immeasurable powers. It is currently unknown whether Will of the Universe passively absorbs or erases beings that is able to reach it but it seems it's able to select and allow entities to reach it and become one with it without getting absorbed at all which in this case happens to Bai Zhe that is now one with a small part of the Will of the Universe.
Once a cultivator able to perceive and even use or gain access to a Miracle of the Universe they will realize how immeasurably obsolete and inferior (weak) the Heavenly Dao is compared to the Will of the Universe products that transcends all Path (Way of Heaven) created by the Supreme God of the Universe [Multiverse] (Wang Daozu) and there’s few cultivators that is able to perceive and use Miracle of the Universes. Although these Miracles of the Universes is widely used by the Outer Gods, one of the origin races of the Origin universe era. But even with that (Possessing countless Miracles of the Universe), they still can’t fully conquer the entire Universe (Multiverse) even though they are already become an Overlord of the Universe once for a short while as they ended up getting erased too like the other two race of the Origin Universe that become the Overlord of the Universe which is the Eternal Immortals and True Dragons/Origin Dragons/Primordial Dragons. But, the cycle of civilizations repeats even though they all gets erased by Will of the Universe, they all will return but in a long time aka other era which is like millions or billion years later to revive once again as the Will of the Universe most likely has set the time for their revival in order to keep the balance of the universe (Multiverse).
There are actually only one or two to ever truly reach, meet nor connected with the Will of the Universe directly face to face, concept to concept, existence to existence, etc. Even Wang Ling has ever met indirectly but he’s blessed by the Will of the Universe. As even the Will of the Universe helps him and his friends by directly correcting the Path line or Singularity of the Universe when Wang Ling and his friends got send into the Diary of the Emperor Dongda that made Wang Ling and his friends journeys through time and space back into the Eternal Era. If we used case to case basis then Bai Zhe is the only one to ever directly meet and even become one or connected with it.

- Absolute Omnipotence/True Omnipotence: Is the Monad True Creator entity of the verse. With Chaos Will of the Universe as it's counter-part or counter-force to keep the balance of the universe stable. As Will of the Universe mainly acts as the "Omnipotent Good True Creator" while Chaos Will of the Universe mainly acts as the "Omnipotent Bad True Creator" as clear as their names is. It is still unknown whether Wang Ling and Will of the Universe is the same entity or not, nor whether Wang Ling is stronger than the Will of the Universe or equal to it as well. They don't have a fixed form, as they are not a mere Supreme God like Wang Daozu, Higher-dimensional beings but literally beings beyond all the concepts & higher-dimensions itself. Even their Cosmic Miracles is the same as them having no fixed form/image and can turn into anything the owner/user wishes.
- Absolute Omniscience/True Omniscience: Is aware of all things that is transpiring on the present, past and future and able to correct singularities of the entire timelines, worldlines in the universe. This can also means Omnipresence but it is technically both, as Will of the Universe aware of everything not just because he is everywhere but because he is literally able to see everything (Higher-Immeasurable Dimensional, Immeasurable-Dimensional, infinite-Dimensional, Higher-dimensional, Super-Dimensional, Extra-Dimensional, Lower-Dimensional 3D, Fictional-Dimensional/2D, etc) therefore it can intervene with everything in the entire universe (Multiverse) yet it chooses not to directly intervene but indirectly through sending entities it thinks it's capable of correcting the order (the plot of events) such as Wang Ling, Wang Ying and his friends such as Sun Rong ,Monk Jindeng, etc are all extras that's part of Wang Ling group of friends or allies.
- Absolute Omnipresence/True Omnispresence: Not even the only one that has reached Immeasurable-realm level cultivator such as Wang Ling has ever directly met Will of the Universe nor Chaos Will of the Universe directly. Although Wang Ling Spirit is the Spirit of the Universe which is possibly the only one avatar of Will of the Universe itself, it still means Wang Ling only ever met Will of the Universe indirectly since it's not it's true selves. Bai Zhe only able to reach it because he got approval from Will of the Universeitself, his deep hatred and resentment towards Wang Ling made him able to communicate with the Will of the Universe and his delusions about reliving himself as the Moonlight Dark Dragon a reality as Will of the Universe accepts to help Bai Zhe to fight Wang Ling again for the very "Battle of Destiny" that Baizhe wants & plot against Wang Ling (Alive again).
- Beyond-Dimensional Existence (Type 2, if not then at least Type 1): Will of the Universe isn't just "Excessive in Size" dwarfing the entire universe (Multiverse) and possibly Wang Ling realm that is Unfathomable and Immeasurable in both nature, quantity, quality, origin and concept therefore it is not just a Low-Immeasurable Being but a full fledged Higher-Immeasurable Being and since it even have it's own Counter-Force named Chaos and said Counter-Force is still inherently weaker than Will of the Universe aka the Force itself means that Will of the Universe is simply a higher-level of monad existence that cannot be counter-force by similar Immeasurable forces or Monad forces. Just a reminder, Chaos created the order of the entire universe (Multiverse) and also Chaos-based entity that possess infinite powers and existence such as Outer Gods, but even with that, Will of the Universe can simply erase this Outer Gods created by Chaos instantly using it's own self-defense mechanism. Chaos can do the same too to other beings no matter how high their cultivation realm but still cannot erase Wang Ling which shows that Will of the Universe is an even more Higher-level of Higher-Immeasurable or Boundless level power source compared to the power and existence given or created by Chaos.
- Passive Greater Law of Cause & Effect/Passive Greater Law Manipulation: Will of the Universe take matters for those entities or beings that is beyond the control of the Ways of Heaven (Heavenly Dao). As not all beings is under the control of Heavenly Daos due to quite many entities and beings already transcends them or above them by an infinite, higher-infinite or even immeasurable amount Will of the Universe Greater Law of Cause & Effect cannot be stopped and comes in the form of disasters or accidents that will completely wipe out or kills an entitiy or being in order to make up the loss of another entity or being as part of maintaining the balance of the universe (Multiverse).
Note for the hierarchy: (The Greater Law of Cause & Effect created by Will of the Universe cannot be stopped, resisted,, bypassed or ignored except by Wang Ling or equal or similar or immeasurable entities or beings if there's another one which there isn't except Wang Ling himself. Well there's Spirit of the Universe, Wang Tong and Center of the Universe but they are technically part of Wang Ling or inside Wang Ling and Center of the Universe isn't really a sentient being but more like a non-sentient Immeasurable being that acts as the Immeasurable origin or source of Immeasurable powers.)

This also grants Bai Zhe Immortality type 8 & 9 as his true body or his spirit or his Origin of existence is now inside or a small part of Will of the Universe itself. If a small part of Will of the Universe gives an entity this much of Immortality and Regeneration mixed with Resurection then just imagine how strong would an entity be if it were to be given a full part of it, it'd literally become the new Will of the Universe itself or even possibly transcends it.

- Timed Passive Mass-Resurrection: Possibly is the one responsible for the revival of all the Origin Races (Outer Gods & Primordial Dragons) Even if they were once erased, the Will of the Universe deems the Origin Races needs to be resurected in order to maintain balance of the universe.
- Path Correction/Singularity Correction/Timeline correction: Fixed the Path/Singularity/Timeline of the Universe (Multiverse) and return Wang Ling and his friends to the current/present universe instead of the past universe (multiverse).

Bai Zhe can be argued to have this kind of Full connection too but although Bai Zhe directly met and connected to the Will of the Universe, Bai Zhe never gained it's full support except the Absolute Immortality/Immortality Type 9, High-Godly Regeneration & Ressurection given by Will of the Universe).
Far-Higher Connection (Has directly met, or connected with the Will of the Universe, only Bai Zhe has ever achieved/experienced this. They do not need miracle of the universe at this stage, as they should have directly met or indirectly met with the Will of the Universe not just communicated with it. The power they gain from Will of the Universes varies as it can be more than one or even only a single power granted by them as it all depends on the Will of the Universe whether want to give how much power to the entities/users that wants to use it's power).
High/Higher Connection (Cultivators on the Ancestors Immortal/Immortal Realms or even from Infinitely/Nigh-Immeasurable (Like Bai Zhe) or Immeasurably beyond Immortal King (Like Wang Ling Unfathomable Realm) usually at this state of connection as the bare minimum condition to perceive and comprehend Miracle of the Universe to it's fullest capabilities/full potential but still not reaching the stage of achieving it's true capabilities/true potential.
Mid-Higher Connection (Same as Mid connection but on a higher state, this is a state of connection for expert or long-time Miracles of the Universes users)
Mid Connection (It grants the users fragmental powers of the Will of the Universe powers through Miracles of the Universe, Most Miracles of the Universes users/owners are at this stage, as they need to at least have these basic mastery in order to be able to use Miracle of the universe)
Low Connection (It is not known whether it grants something or grants nothing. Nobody is known to have this kind of connections so far, as Sun Rong afflicted by Yin-Yang Death during her birth or her child days not Death from Will of the Universe or Chaos Will of the universe.
Individuals with a Complete or Limited Connection, Comprehension, Awareness/Realization to the Will of the Universe (Either using direct or indirect means, most of them are indirect users and direct users are the ones that directly connected with the Will of the Universe itself):[]

- Infinite cultivators such as Wang Daozu, Monk Jindeng and Xiu Fengnian that is granted Outer God Heart and gained access/inherited access to the Miracles of the Universes possessed by the Outer God (High Connection but still limited. Xiu Fengnian is able to reach this level due to his perseverance and deep understanding of the Yushen Tree in the center of the universe). Xiu Fengnian is an Ancestor Immortal (Immortal King) That's why he belongs to Infinite cultivators instead of Nigh-Infinite cultivators. (High Connection but still limited)
