Yoshiko Kyuumiya (九宫良子) is a minor villain and the main antagonist in the third season of The Daily Life of the Immortal King.
Summary[]
Yoshiko is the eldest daughter of Kyuumiya family, a renowned and powerful family in Sunland nation, known as command a exorcism group, who is ordered by her father to come to Huaxiu and sabotage all the main pillars of Huaxiu cultivators, including the Sun family.
Appearance[]
She's a young girl with bluish purple eyes and waist-length brown hair,where she is usually seen wearing a black bow in her hair. She uses a black dress and wears thighhighs that cover the whole leg.
Personality[]
Being from an elite Sunland family, her main facet is being very arrogant and act like a noble when are talking. She has a habit of thinking that everything she does is perfect, and tends to underestimate those she considers her enemie.
She also doesn't seem to mind getting power from the rogue outside, as she was in charge of the exorcism group, following his family's plan to use captured demons to create fake rescues, and thus gain sympathy from the local population.
How she is always surrounded by henchmen who are totally faithful to her she always thinks that her voice is the final voice that will always call the shots to make things happen, that's why she tends to get angry at people who contradict her, like Sun Rong and Wang Ling.
She appears to have a habit of always wanting to catch people's eyes.
She also seems to get embarrassed when showing gratitude to someone, as seen when she thanked Zhuo Yi.
Story[]
Yoshiko joined the 60TH High and on her first day as she completely defied the status of Sun Rong, with the aim of being the latest most popular student. Yoshiko also tried to completely crush Sun Rong by trying to win over Wang Ling, a person close to Rong, with his culinary expertise in a competition.
Using the fee given by her father, Yoshiko infiltrated a large auction of spiritual pieces in order to try to gain some power for benefit himself, but the most valuable piece, a piece that could fulfill any wish, ends up being bought by Zhuo Yi, to his surprise. After failing at auction Yoshiko then plans to watch that would be the biggest obstacle to the Kyuumiya family's plans, Zhuo Yi the great hero of Songai and protector of Huaxiu. Yoshiko plans to find some loophole or weakness in their attacks, and using a mobile camera during a clash of Zhuo Yi against some paid demons Yoshiko ends up discovering the Zhuo hoax and quickly spreads the news. Zhuo Yi then decides to investigate the Kyuumiya family and travels to The Land of The Sun, but that was already planned for Yoshiko who sets up an ambush and teleports Zhuo to interior of Kyuumiya volcano, where several demons captured by the exorcist group were trapped by a containment seal. With that Yoshiko thinks that would be enough to Zhuo be defeated once he was a fake hero
Once the confinement seal around the Kyuumiya volcano starts to show signs of weakening Yoshiko's father then orders her to go to the Sun family and steal the most valuable sun family treasure, the holy club once used by the legendary Sun Wukong, aiming to use it to strengthen the Seal used on Kyuumiya Volcano. Horever as the legends say, such a club weighed 8 tons and it was impossible for Yoshiko to lift it, much less carry it hidden. Tuntian Ha, who was disguised as Lin Xiaoyu, knocks her out, some time later she wakes up not realizing that the club was taken. She then returns to Sunland, utterly disappointed, and tries in every way to reinforce the seal of containment on the Kyuumiya Volcano.
Sun Rong and his colleagues go to the door of her family's house and accuses her of stealing the Sun family club, something she denies, and it was really true, she then tries to go back to the volcano but it is prevented by Wang Ling, she tries to ignore him but he keeps insisting on trying to stop her, she then loses her temper and then summons several demons to stop her, but he ends up tearing the scroll and both are teleported to the Kyuumiya volcano, where Zhuo Yi was not only alive but also fighting against the demons. Then she sees the Sun family's giant club destroying the containment seal, much to her utter surprise and confusion. After the incident, where Several demons destroy much of the island where the Kyuumiya family owns, she thanks Zhuo Yi ( who had no obligation because that wasn't his country, and she had totally damaged his image a short time ago ) by handling everything and saving Sunland from imminent destruction, although she thanked in a very timid way.
techniques[]
Guipu:
A parchment-type law, when using the law pawn book you can program a code that can have several functions. Show the code when opening the parchment allows the user to do the pre-programmed function. Yoshiko usually uses the scroll as a way to forcibly teleport the enemy, just like she did against Zhuo Yi who was thrown into the Kyuumiya Volcano.
Weaknesses: If the part of the parchment that contains the code is damaged, the parchment would automatically perform its function, on an uncontrolled scale. When Wang Ling did this, he ended up teleporting both into the volcano.
Relationships[]
Sun Rong: Being from a prestigious and legendary family, she was his main target in his mission against Huaxiu. The first time they met, she was extremely irritated by Rong's indifferent way in the face of his attempt to create rivalry.
Wang Ling: Being known as the “weakest” student in the elite class, she didn't pay attention to him. During the events of the Kyuumiya Volcano she ignored him several times at his requests at first, however, thanks to her exotic personality of hating anyone who opposes her, she decided to summon several demons, even though she mistook him for being truly weak, showing that she had no empathy for him.
Zhuo Yi: Being the Legendary Hero of Songhai and Huaxiu, she focused all her attention on him, and quickly looked for some weakness in him, which was the fact that he was a fake hero. She was also waiting for him in Sunland and set an ambush using her scroll. After the incidents of the demons, she was grateful for saving her country and thanked him.
